(TSX: TAO and OTCQX: TAOIF) announces that it has cancelled 1,155,000 share options, which were previously granted to insiders of the Company, by mutual agreement between the Company and each of the optionees. The share options were originally granted between July, 2011, and December, 2013, and were exercisable at prices ranging from $5.00 to $7.00 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
